Refund policy

Damaged item

If anything arrives broken or damaged, please email me, and I’ll make it right. I’ll send replacement parts free of charge. No hassle on your end.

If you would like a refund instead of a part replacement, that is also an option. Refunds are very simple to process and do not require item returns if the product is damaged.

Returns (30 days)

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Returns may be filed for any reason. You will receive a full refund, including shipping.

Orders that are damaged are not eligible for returns and are instead eligible for refunds or part replacements.

 

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your payment method.
Most refunds show up within 10 business days (some banks take longer).

 

EU customers

Orders shipped into the EU can be returned within 14 days for any reason (unused, original packaging).
